The staff were amazing friendly and attentive and the location was EXCELLENT close to the sights + Bellingen Dorrigo National Park Coffs Harbour + beautiful boardwalk at Urunga. Moreover, it was close to the city centre and river, boardwalk and town.

This place is beautifully furnished and perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy, with excellent staff, a lovely pool, and an incredible location near the beach.

the people working in the hotel were superbly friendly and incredibly nice. we booked an apartment for the kids n adults alike to enjoy and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I had a delightful stay in a spacious and well-appointed apartment. It was ideal for a 10-day getaway, allowing me to unwind while the kids enjoyed the pool and trampolines. The location was perfect for hiking, with easy access to the stunning waterfall way. I relished the beautiful outdoor area, and the kitchen was equipped well enough for preparing simple meals.

Riverside Holiday Resort Urunga offers a large bedroom that creates a special atmosphere with the added advantage of a private bathroom. It's conveniently located near Safa and Marwa Hill, making it an ideal spot for visitors. the brand new area next to the golf course is a fantastic highlight, and the nearby golf club hosts great raffles, along with local shops to explore.

I adored the charming decor in the common spaces at the resort, especially the lovely patio area with views over the gardens that gave me a sense of peace and relaxation. the resort's dedication to providing wheelchair-accessible apartments ensures that seniors like me can move around comfortably and enjoy all the amenities with ease.

I wish the children working there could improve the bathroom safety by addressing the extremely slippery tiles when wet.

this place is super clean and well-maintained. the gardens are lovely, and the pool is nice too. it's so close to the boardwalk for peaceful morning walks. the kitchen was spacious, and we could chill on the big balcony. the staff at the golf club next door are really friendly - adding a nice touch to the stay.

The service was impeccable, with amenities like dry cleaning and grocery shopping available. The room itself was well-equipped, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We especially loved the sitting area and terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. The hotel also provided free toiletries, a washing machine, and a dryer, which made our stay even more convenient. the hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
